Questions / comments:
* How to indicate settings of poetry by others (Poulenc, Orrego-Salas). Not song-writing teams like the others are. My current method is not clear, though. (Include "Poetry by" "on poem by" "to poem by")
* What about verbiage inviting to ourwebsite. Too dorky? Or just let people figure it out?
* Timings to be updated
* I'm going to have to print the petrushka chord at decent resolution to figure out if resolution will work.
* I listed songwriters first and lyricists second. We could switch.
